BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT:
APB is responsible for the implementation, administration, evaluation, and monitoring of all community-related requirements as designated by CSU. Our services include the delivery of information to all of the stakeholders and relevant constituencies in order to develop and maintain relations with the community directed by CSU, as follows:
- Scope and Role:
- Identify potential subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor EDGE, DBE, SBE, FBE, VBE, minority workforce, and local workforce participation
- Report data gathered to Cleveland State University representatives monthly
- Outreach and Awareness
Additionally, APB is responsible for providing project engineering services including submittals, RFI’s, traffic control and coordination, monitoring pricing controls, and subcontractor management.
