clients with independent third-party project scheduling using Primavera P6 as well as BIM and design assist services. The firm is a PMI® Registered Education Provider (REP) and has been recognized for its project management training, subcontractor management, budget controls, and claims resolution. Our capital expenditure planning and infrastructure mapping allows for risk management throughout all construction phases.

Our VN Services team has over 50 years of experience and is skilled at protecting the strategic and operational needs of our customers. From developing timelines for funding requirements in Master Plans to address claims resulting from project delays, loss of productivity, or added work.

We have developed more than a half-dozen software tools to aid in project assessment, CPM scheduling, data analysis to simplify reporting, organization and issue clarification arising out of conflicts, and expert witness testimony during project disputes.
