Mary Barnwell

Mary E. Barnwell is an accomplished environmental compliance professional with over 10 years of experience in improving local environments through education, community engagement, and state and local code enforcement. In her capacity as Compliance Program Manager, Mary excels in various roles and responsibilities that require coordination, supervision, program and project management and leading multiple teams to solve complex problems. As the previous Chief Housing Court Specialist for the City of Cleveland Municipal Housing Court, she developed manuals and materials to ensure specialists are well-versed in local and state housing and health codes, with a focus on the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, retail, and industrial structures.
