Principles of Project Management 1.2 CEUs

This course provides an introduction to the methods and techniques project managers use to effectively initiate, plan, execute, control, and report on their projects. Managers with limited experience learn project management concepts, terms, tools, and aspects of the project life cycle as described in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) Guide.
