Difference between CAPM & PMP Training:

CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) and PMP (Project Management Professional) are both certifications offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI), but they differ in terms of their level of experience required and scope of knowledge tested.

CAPM certification is designed for individuals who are new to project management and have less than three years of experience. This certification focuses on the fundamentals of project management and covers areas such as project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and communication management. CAPM certification can be a good entry-level certification for those who are looking to gain basic project management knowledge and skills.

On the other hand, PMP certification is designed for experienced project managers who have at least three years of project management experience and have completed a minimum of 35 hours of project management education. The PMP certification exam covers a broad range of project management concepts and skills, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, risk, and stakeholder management.

In summary, while CAPM certification is suitable for beginners, PMP certification is more appropriate for experienced project managers who are looking to advance their careers and gain recognition for their expertise.
